Glenn Lucas – Owner, Vineyard Manager & Winemaker

Glenn received his Horticulture degree from the University of Maryland, focusing his studies on grape pathology and viticulture. His background spans over 7 years, three countries, specializing in Virginia and Maryland vineyards and 20 of our most popular grape varieties. He has both experience with organic, biodynamic, and conventional farming practices allowing him to see solutions from a variety of different angles.

Lee Lucas – Co-Owner

Lee has been contributing to Third Day in a variety of ways from the very beginning. His focus is in tasting and funding different aspects of business development.

Natalie Lucas – Social Media Manager & Business Historian

A part of the team for many years now, she has helped to translate ideas into reality, drawing from her experiences across the globe. You will see her fingerprint on TDV’s products and development. And thanks to her Spanish fluency, we welcome messages and comments in Spanish!
